    Temperature plays a major roll in our ability to host an outdoor event. If the outdoor temperature is above 90 degrees or Below 60 degrees it could be harmful to our Reptiles. With these conditions the event should be held indoors. If the temperature cooperates, Absolutely!   • Is my deposit refundable?
    A $25.00 refundable deposit is required to reserve a party at The Reptile Network, and this deposit is applied to your final bill. In the event that a cancellation is necessary, we can only honor deposit refunds if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the scheduled event appointment date and time. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments and ensure the best experience for all of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality of our services.
  • What is the cancellation policy for events booked with The Reptile Network?
    The Reptile Network's cancellation policy allows for a 50% refund if the cancellation request is received between 9-5 business days prior to the scheduled event. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for cancellations made 4 days or less prior to the scheduled event date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy ensures that we can effectively manage our resources and continue to provide high-quality service to our customers.   • How can I submit the remaining balance for my event at The Reptile Network?
    To submit the remaining balance for your event at The Reptile Network, please ensure that the full payment is made at least 10 days before the scheduled appointment date and time. You can conveniently make the payment by using the "view invoice" option located on the Event Confirmation/Invoice email that you received. Please use a laptop, desktop or tablet to access the invoice, the "pay invoice" option is not accessible/compatible with smart phones.     Absolutely! At The Reptile Network, we understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your event with 48 hours notice. Simply reply to your confirmation email (customerservice@thereptilenetworkga.com) with the new available date and time that you found on our site, and we will transfer your deposit to the new booking.
